The College Director is responsible for leading the mission to saturate Fort Worth with the glory and grace of Jesus on college campuses throughout the metro area.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide Vision and Direction for the College Ministry
• Lead, Manage, and Hold Leaders and Residents Accountable (LMA)
• Create and Oversee an Semester Goals
• Pursue Unity and Diversity with Campus and College Ministries
• Oversee the Planning and Execution of All Events and Retreats
• Run Appropriate Meetings with Leaders as Needed
• Manage Resources and Expenses
• Keep All Stats and Projects Updated
• Special Projects and Tasks as Determined by the Executive Director of Discipleship

Expectations & Compensation

• Full-time hours (40-50 per week)
• Regular Rhythm of Weekly 24-Hour Sabbath
• Operating within an Ideal Week (as much as possible)
• 15 days per year of paid time off, plus Holidays
