Christ Central is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated individual to serve as the College Ministry Director. This role will be responsible for reaching out to, caring for, and leading the spiritual formation of college students from UNC, Duke, and NCCU who call our church home.

Christ Central Church is brimming with undergraduate and graduate students. The college ministry is a large ministry with an opportunity for wide and deep spiritual investment. Within a short season of intentional investment, we have seen growth not only in numbers but also in the desire for community, relationships, and spiritual formation. The ideal candidate will have a growing personal relationship with Christ, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves leading young adults towards a vision that aligns with the core values of Christ Central Church through spiritual and community formation and engagement with the Durham community.
