Basic Duties

• Evangelism and Discipleship
  • Participate in weekly rhythms of on-campus evangelism and discipleship
  • Prepare and lead on-campus Bible studies
  • Prepare for and lead 1-on-1's with college students
  • Identify future student leaders and invest in their development
• Planning and Managing College Ministry Structures
  • Plan and manage weekly and seasonal events (e.g., weekly on-campus volleyball, seasonal retreats, etc.)
  • Communicate weekly and seasonal plans to college students
• Administrative and Staff Responsibilities
  • Attend Skyline Church staff meetings
  • Handle a variety of tasks related to the operation of Skyline Church and the college ministry
  • Adhere to the college ministry's budgetary and financial goals and policy
  • Maintain the student database
  • Assist in the operations of Skyline Church Sunday services
• Personal Development
  • 1-on-1's with supervisor
  • Adhere to personal budgetary and financial goals and policy
  • Developmental reading
• Fundraising
  • The residency pays $23-$25 an hour depending on experience
  • Pay for this position comes mainly through personal fundraising
