Job Description

Essential Functions

• Create high-quality church-wide graphics and visuals for digital, web, print, and social media
• Social media management based on current guidelines setup by the Communications Director
• Brand management and design for events, marketing, and Sunday mornings (slides, banners, FG News, brochures, postcards, etc.)
• Print management for internal/external needs while coordinating with contractors and outsourcing opportunities
• Organize and maintain digital and print assets for archival purposes, and maintain templates for ongoing use while creating new ones if necessary
• Work with staff and Teaching Pastors to take design visions for ministries and Sunday morning programming so they become a reality
• Assist the team leader by developing story-driven promotional strategies for ministry events
• Utilize social media calendar for weekly posts
• Implement ongoing marketing techniques and trends through the church's online and social media presence
• Work alongside video production specialist to share daily, effective posts
• Assist in maintaining all social media platforms while keeping up with best practices
• Responsible for any function and/or task assigned by his/her supervisor
