Job Description

• Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and postal mail from listeners in the U.S., Canada, and internationally
• Processing: Process donations and resource orders accurately and efficiently
• Support: Assist listeners with prayer requests, ministry resources, and basic technical support
• Administration: Maintain listener accounts while prioritizing daily projects and responding promptly to inquiries
