Director of Children’s Ministry

Job Overview

Grace Baptist Church is seeking to hire a Director of Children's Ministries. This role would involve areas of ministry such as:

• faithfully serving as a member of the Staff Leadership Team • developing and implementing a strategy for Children's Ministries • leading the Children's Ministry staff and volunteers • partnering with parents and other ministries

Qualified candidates will have experience in children's ministries. Applicable ministry degrees are preferred but not required. This position may be considered a pastoral role for candidates who possess the appropriate theological training, ministry experience, and pastoral qualifications.
