Director of Congregational Engagement

The Director will foster faith formation in congregation members from preschool age through high school by encouraging participation in the worship life and ministries of the congregation.

The Director will partner with the pastor, lay leaders, volunteers, families, and staff to cultivate a Christ-centered, inclusive, life-giving ministry and will provide opportunities for relationship building, serving, and mission.

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to reimagine and revitalize a core area of congregational life with the goal of expanding youth and family ministry.
