Chatom Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation, is seeking a full-time Director of Music Ministries to lead and develop a comprehensive music and worship ministry. The Director of Music Ministries will work collaboratively with the Lead Pastor, church staff, and volunteers to plan and lead worship services and provide music ministry opportunities for children, youth, and adults.
Candidates should demonstrate a calling to Christian ministry, strong musical ability, and technical knowledge related to worship ministry. Responsibilities include leading worship, directing choirs and other music groups, developing musicians and volunteers, coordinating seasonal and special programs, and providing administrative leadership for the music ministry.
Seminary training is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and support the beliefs, mission, and ministry of Chatom Baptist Church. Compensation will be based on education, experience, and qualifications.
