Job Overview

The Director of Operations provides oversight, leadership, and hands-on management of Glenwood Community Church's facilities, operations, and administrative functions. This role partners with the Church Trustees to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the church campus, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and safety. The Director of Operations leads and equips teams of staff and volunteers to create a safe and well-maintained environment that supports the church's mission and ministries. The Director of Operations is a full-time, salaried exempt position with medical and retirement benefits and reports to the Senior Pastor.
