This position is responsible for leading the church to provide preschoolers (birth-pre-K) and their parents a comprehensive quality ministry of care, discipleship, worship, and age-appropriate introductions to missions, giving, knowing about Jesus and God's Word. Preschool ministry builds a foundation for learning, development, and spiritual growth. This will be accomplished through personal ministry to kids and parents and also by guiding, encouraging, and equipping leaders who serve in all church ministries to preschoolers.
