Job Title:

Director of Student Ministries: Pinewoods church

Job Description:

• Teach Scripture and disciple students in accordance with the Westminster Standards.
• Lead weekly student gatherings, Sunday School, retreats, and discipleship events.
• Provide pastoral care, counsel, and shepherding consistent with PCA polity.
• Equip and support parents as primary disciplers.
• Recruit and train volunteer leaders; oversee student ministry operations.
• Maintain compliance with Session-approved child-protection policies.
• Encourage participation in Lord's Day worship and service in the church.

Position Qualifications:

• Clear Christian character and calling to pastoral ministry.
• Agreement with the doctrinal standards of the PCA.
• M.Div. preferred; ordained or pursuing ordination in the PCA.
• Demonstrated teaching, shepherding, and leadership ability—especially with youth.
• Strong relational and organizational skills.
