The RoleThe Director of Worship Ministries leads and shapes the Music & Worship Ministry at South County: planning and leading gathered worship, developing a team of musicians and volunteers across generations, and helping worship serve the church's broader mission of making disciples. The role also carries oversight of our Senior Adult Ministry, a lasting part of this position at South County. This is a strategic, relational, team-building role reporting directly to the Senior Pastor.
