The Discipleship and Music Pastor will seek to shepherd church members through the discipleship process of FBC Paris by planning and leading discipleship and music ministries.
Key Expectation #1: Emphasize discipleship within the FBC Paris music ministry. Key Expectation #2: Facilitate church member engagement and progress through the discipleship process of FBC Paris. Key Expectation #3: Provide pastoral oversight for worship services and special events.
