Job Description
The Discipleship Pastor provides vision, leadership, and oversight to all Harvest Church discipleship ministries including community groups, Families, Next Generation (College, Youth, Kids), Men's and Women's, assimilation, Outreach, and other discipleship initiatives.
The Discipleship Pastor works in close partnership with the Lead Pastor and elders to translate vision into action. The Discipleship Pastor is a pastor who is actively engaged in developing and implementing our discipleship strategy and a leader of leaders – one capable of casting vision, equipping and empowering leaders, and maintaining missional alignment across all ministry contexts.
