• Union Baptist Church in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont is seeking an Associate Discipleship Pastor to join our team. Located in Vermont's beautiful Northast Kingdom, Our mission is to share the hope of Jesus Christ and grow with others in loving Him. He will work with the elders in equipping people for ministry, offering biblical counseling, and developing a men's ministry along with other pastoral responsibilities.

Job Description

• Expand/lead men's ministry by engaging men in environments where they can serve and develop meaningful Christ-centered relationships.
• Develop leaders for ministries in partnership with each ministry leader and the elders
• Offer biblical counseling to the church community.
• Shepherd the church in partnership with and under the elders' oversight
• Communicate weekly with ministry leaders and ministry volunteers who are placed under your oversight.
• Share teaching and preaching responsibilities with others.
