Job Overview

  • Event Leadership: Leads planning, promotion, and execution of in-person and virtual events for Truth For Life
  • Mission Alignment: Advances evangelism, spiritual growth, and strengthening of churches and pastors
  • Event Portfolio: Oversees conferences, workshops, trips, fundraising, and outreach events
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Works with Content, Communications, Digital, and Stations teams
  • Attendee Support Coordination: Partners with Customer Service for registration and attendee care
  • Executive Reporting: Reports to the Executive Director and supports cross-functional initiatives

Job Description

  • Event Operations: Manages end-to-end planning including logistics, venues, travel, and scheduling
  • Volunteer Management: Oversees recruitment, training, coordination, and communication of volunteers
  • Vendor Relations: Builds partnerships and negotiates contracts within budget parameters
  • Budget Management: Develops, tracks, and reports on event budgets and financial performance
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conducts debriefs and uses feedback to improve future events
  • Financial & Strategic Insight: Provides cost analysis and supports continuous process improvement
