- Executive Reporting: Reports to the Executive Director and supports cross-functional initiatives
Job Description
- Event Operations: Manages end-to-end planning including logistics, venues, travel, and scheduling
- Volunteer Management: Oversees recruitment, training, coordination, and communication of volunteers
- Vendor Relations: Builds partnerships and negotiates contracts within budget parameters
- Budget Management: Develops, tracks, and reports on event budgets and financial performance
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conducts debriefs and uses feedback to improve future events
- Financial & Strategic Insight: Provides cost analysis and supports continuous process improvement
