The Pastor of Administration and Ministry Systems plays a vital role in helping Alpine Bible Church thrive as we enter a new season of growth and transition into our new facility. This leader will strengthen organizational health, empower volunteer teams, and ensure a warm, excellent Sunday experience. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, staff, and ministry leaders, the Pastor will create systems that promote clarity, communication, and consistency across all ministries.

Job Description

The Pastor of Administration and Ministry Systems will oversee the structure and systems that support the ministries of Alpine Bible Church. This includes coordinating Sunday morning operations, training and developing volunteer leaders, and supporting small group growth and care. The role requires building effective communication channels, maintaining ministry calendars, and ensuring smooth collaboration between staff and volunteers.

This pastor will also assist in onboarding new attendees, equipping ministry leaders, and fostering a healthy, unified culture of service. By ensuring strong administrative and ministry systems, this role will free the Lead Pastor and elders to focus on vision, preaching, and shepherding the church.
