Every Good Gift is a Christ-centered, pro-life ministry that equips vulnerable single mothers to build stable futures for their families through job training, life skills, mentoring, and the hope of the gospel. We are seeking an Executive Director who is a mature Christian and able to provide spiritual, strategic, operational, and financial leadership to ensure the ministry's long-term sustainability and impact.

Position Summary

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer, working with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners to advance the mission with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the ministry in alignment with its mission, vision, and biblical values.
• Partners with the Board to set strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Develops donor relationships, fundraising strategies, and church partnerships.
• Oversees participant selection and daily operations, including finances, budgeting, and reporting.
• Speaks at churches and other forums to generate community engagement and support.
• Recruits, supervises, and mentors staff and volunteers in a Christ-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Every Good Gift's Christian mission and agreement with our Statement of Faith.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of not-for-profit, ministry, or organizational leadership experience.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor development, financial management, and staff or volunteer leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and servant-leadership skills.
