A Historic Transition
‍After more than a decade as a ministry of Immanuel Baptist Church, the Immanuel Network is launching as an independent organization. This new association will be led by faithful leaders from our partner churches and by our President, Ryan Fullerton.

As part of this transition, we are seeking an Executive Director who will serve as the chief operating officer of the Network. Working closely with the President and Council, the Executive Director will translate vision into structure—developing the operational, financial, and relational infrastructure needed to strengthen our fellowship of churches and support the next generation of church planting and missionary sending.

‍Our Fellowship
‍Over the years, our churches have cultivated deep fellowship around:

     - The sovereignty of God in salvation

     - The sufficiency of Scripture for life and ministry

     - Baptist ecclesiology

     - A deep reliance on prayer and the Holy Spirit

Our relationships have grown through an annual conference, regular leadership calls, and ministry within one another’s churches. Together we spur one another on to faithfulness in leadership development, missionary sending, and church planting.

‍The Role
‍The Executive Director will serve as a builder and connector within our fellowship. He will:

     - Strengthen relationships among our churches

    -  Develop systems and ministries that serve our partner churches

     - Help individual partners become church partners

     - Cultivate partnerships that support church planting and missionary sending

     - Help establish structures that enable more of our churches to become sending churches

Our desire is to build the relationships and structures that will ensure those we send are supported well and that the world is increasingly filled with healthy biblical churches.

‍The Candidate
‍We are open to a broad range of qualified candidates.
Applicants must be elder-qualified men who are currently members of an Immanuel Network church or willing to join one.

We welcome:    

    - Younger leaders who demonstrate strong leadership gifts and a desire to grow. Our council and leadership team are eager to mentor and develop the right candidate.

    - More seasoned leaders who bring experience in ministry leadership, organizational development, or missions.

Above all, we are seeking a humble, godly man who is especially gifted at turning vision into structure and relationships into active ministry partnerships.

He must love the vision of the Immanuel Network, communicate it clearly, and build the systems and relationships that will help our churches advance God’s Kingdom together.
