About Our Church
Community Bible Church of Orange Park is a growing church in the Jacksonville, Florida area with a clear mission to make disciples and a strong desire to see people become fully alive in Christ.
We have a healthy (and happy!) church and leadership culture. We work hard, but we value being over doing. We are committed to each other, not just in terms of what we produce, but in helping each other become the person we are meant to be in Christ.
We are committed to building a church where:
- the gospel is central
- disciples are intentionally developed
- leaders are raised up and equipped
- ministries are aligned around a clear and compelling mission
- we have meaningful outreach into our community and the world
Over the past decade, our church has experienced steady growth, including moving into a new worship space in 2023. As we look toward the future, we are seeking to strengthen our leadership structure to support the next season of ministry.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal moment in the life of our church.
We have clear direction for the next decade in terms of mission and vision. What we need now is greater strength in execution.
As our church has grown, so has the level of organizational complexity. This has created bottlenecks in staff development, ministry alignment, and execution.
We are seeking an Executive Pastor who will step into this gap by leading staff, building systems, and ensuring that ministries are aligned and moving forward together.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a growing church.
