Job Overview
Help Build What God Is Doing in the Bay Area
Resonate Church is a fast-growing, multi-campus, gospel-centered church in one of the most spiritually challenging and diverse regions in the country. What began 16 years ago in a living room has grown into a movement reaching over 3,000 people weekly—and we believe we're just getting started.
We're looking for an Executive Pastor of Operations who sees systems, strategy, and stewardship as ministry—and wants to use their leadership to fuel disciple-making at scale.
Why This Role Matters
This isn't a back-office operations role.
This is a mission-critical leadership role that helps turn vision into reality. You'll partner closely with the Lead Pastor to:
- Bring clarity and execution to big-picture vision
- Build systems that accelerate (not hinder) ministry
- Steward resources in a way that multiplies impact
- Help position Resonate for the next 100 years of church planning and discipleship
If you're wired to build, scale, and lead, and you care deeply about the local church, this role sits at the intersection of both.
