Job Title:

Full Time Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW): Collaborative Counseling

Job Description:

Collaborate Counseling serves the Memphis metro community by providing compassionate and quality mental health care. We specialize with families, couples, and children. Tasks associated with this position include:

• Providing direct and confidential clinical services to clients, including scheduling, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment delivery in both in-person and virtual modalities
• Timely communication with clients and other staff
• Ability to work with individual clients, children, and/or couples and families
• Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service using our EHR
• Maintaining an active and up-to-date MS (TN optional) clinical license.
• We have the capacity to panel you with insurance!
• Full time counselors are expected to maintain 20-30 clients per week.
• Ability to work on site as we see a lot of children

Position Qualifications:

• A Masters degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• A current MS clinical license in good standing
• Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (or desire to be credentialed)
• Communication, social skills
