Job Description
The potential pastor must accept the Covenant Brethren Church Statement of Faith. The pastor must deliver biblical-based sermons that teach God's word and challenges the congregation to grow in their faith in Christ. The Church is seeking a compassionate, spiritual leader who can work well with the church's leadership, the regional leadership, and denominational leadership.
The congregation has several outreach projects with the goal of showing the love of Jesus to the community. The congregation is a welcoming and positive Christian influence in the community and is committed to continuing to be.
The congregation is seeking a pastor who preaches the Word of God and embodies its truths in their daily walk, as well as a spiritual leader of integrity and humility with an active prayer life. The potential pastor will support membership through pastoral care, visitation, and other compassionate ministries throughout the week.
