Girls Assistant Youth Director Full Time Exempt

The purpose of this position is to assist the youth ministry staff in reaching our female middle school and high school girls, then rooting them in worship and work of CFC. The ideal candidate must have a strong calling to lead and serve students, with a heart passionate for embodying the grace of God toward the church and surrounding community. This person is not afraid of crowds or parties and loves reaching students wherever they are in life and working diligently to root them in the church.

Position Qualifications:

• Maintains a vibrant relationship with Jesus, actively engaged in the means of grace.
• Has genuine love for students and the ability to relate to girls and young adults of different backgrounds
• Has an understanding of youth culture
• Practices a gospel-centered and grace enriched relational philosophy of ministry (Reach & Root)
• Is transparent, vulnerable and accountable in personal relationships
• Humble, teachable, and eager to support a team in it's ministry and work with a servant's heart
• Possesses experience in student ministry
• Upholds the beliefs and values of the reformed faith
