Graphic Design Intern — Summer Internship & Discipleship Program

OneWay Ministries' 10-week internship equips young adults to grow deeply in Christ while using their creative gifts to advance the Gospel. Interns live in community housing, receive intensive discipleship, and gain hands-on experience creating media that inspires, informs, and mobilizes for Kingdom impact.

Role: Graphic Design Intern

Design and produce professional-quality graphics, layouts, and digital content for OneWay Ministries and partner ministries, helping visually communicate stories and resources that advance the Gospel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create print and digital graphics using Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Build, design, and update websites and blogs for ministry initiatives
• Collaborate with media teams to produce Kingdom-focused multimedia projects (music, video, spoken word, photography, etc.)
• Assist with public relations, marketing, and communications projects, including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
• Contribute creatively to the overall visual identity of OneWay Ministries and its partners

Qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign
• Skills in graphic design, layout, web design (HTML, Wix, WordPress), or photography
• Strong creative, collaborative, and communication skills
• Growing and active relationship with Christ

Compensation:

• $4,000 stipend
• Housing, two weekly meals, retreat, and program costs fully covered (valued at ~$2,000)
