OVERVIEW
Christ Fellowship is a Bible-believing church in Mansfield, TX guiding people to multiplying impact for Christ's Kingdom. We believe disciples are made and multiplied in the soil of the local church — expressed most personally through our Life Groups and Discipleship Groups. As the church grows, we need a leader to champion "Belong" by building groups, developing leaders, and connecting people into the life of the church. Mansfield, Texas is experiencing explosive growth in the Southern DFW Metroplex. Christ Fellowship has been in a consistent growth pattern of 17-20% year over year for the past two years.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Groups Minister leads the Belong strategy of Christ Fellowship. This person builds and multiplies our groups across both tracks — in-home groups (new) and on-campus groups — recruits, develops, and coaches leaders, and supports the executive pastor in the assimilation process that helps guests and new believers become connected, committed covenant members. This role also leads membership and baptism conversations, provides ongoing care, and stewards our discipleship groups — helping people take clear next steps into the family of Christ Fellowship.
Scope note: This role focus is adult groups, leader development, assimilation, and care.
