High School Pastor
The High School Pastor/Director is responsible for leading and equipping High School students to Love God, Love People, and Impact the world. This role emphasizes guiding High School students and their parents in their spiritual growth by demonstrating how to love God, love others, and impact the world. As the primary leader of TRCC's High School ministry, this position plays a pivotal role in fostering discipleship, spiritual maturity, and community engagement among this age group.
