Job Overview
Grant Me Hope is hiring full-time, live-in House Parents for their home housing teenage foster boys located in West Michigan. This role would be ideal for a Christian, married couple who are empty nesters or could be a good fit for a Christian, single male. Our program helps prepare our residents for their eventual transition into adulthood by providing them with mentoring and comprehensive life skills training. This home will house up to six, 16-17 yr old foster boys. The ideal candidate will have experience with trauma informed training and working with at-risk youth.
Job Description
Additionally, this role involves the serving as the caretaker of the home, so the ability to do consistent landscaping, housekeeping, and minor repairs is required. This role comes with a competitive full-time salary in the range of 45k, option for medical insurance, free housing, utilities, and access to a company vehicle.
