House Parents

WEARS VALLEY RANCH Sevierville, TN Full-time

Job Overview

House Parents play a vital role in our mission to see each child inspired to follow Christ, healed from past wounds, and equipped to reach their God-given potential. More than caregivers, House Parents create a nurturing, family-like environment where students experience daily discipleship, biblical guidance, and emotional support.

This live-in role involves modeling a strong Christian marriage, providing consistent care and structure, and engaging in the daily rhythms of life with the students—offering meals, tutoring, recreational activities, and spiritual mentorship. Candidates must demonstrate a clear Christian testimony, commitment to the local church, and a heart for servant leadership. While challenging, this ministry-centered position is a powerful opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the lives of children and teens.
