First Baptist Church of Franklin is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kids' Ministry Coordinator to join its growing, multi-generational community committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. As a key member of the discipleship team, this role is actively involved in the daily ministry life of the church while helping implement a dynamic, multi-generational Discipleship Pathway. The Kids' Ministry Coordinator will serve as the primary leader and visible presence during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening gatherings, collaborate with church leadership to design and execute engaging and biblically grounded programming, recruit and equip volunteers to ensure effective ministry support, and maintain clear, timely communication with staff, parents, and the broader church community. This individual will also develop a strong teaching team and ensure all curriculum aligns with the church's discipleship vision. The ideal candidate is a mature Christ-follower with strong integrity, a demonstrated commitment to ministry, a genuine love for building relationships with children and families, and excellent communication skills.
