Lead Pastor

Anchor Church is seeking a Christ-centered Lead Pastor to lovingly shepherd our church through relational leadership, the development of healthy disciples and leaders, and faithful biblical preaching. The ideal candidate is a humble, relational leader with a deep commitment to Scripture, a proven ability to develop others, and a passion for building a disciple-making church where ministry is shared rather than centered on one individual.
