Delaware Bible Church is seeking a Christ-centered shepherd whose primary calling is faithful, engaging biblical preaching that fosters spiritual growth and discipleship. Responsibilities for this position include teaching/preaching, vision setting, pastoring a multigenerational congregation, team building a staff that includes multiple pastors, practicing nouthetic (biblical) counseling, and providing spiritual and strategic oversight to a mid-sized Christian school ministry.
ABOUT DELAWARE BIBLE CHURCH
Delaware Bible Church is a multi-generational, non-denominational Bible church located in Delaware, OH, approximately 30 minutes north of downtown Columbus. We are a church of approximately 350–400 people (180–200 members) with a Christian school of approximately 400 students. A two-story, 13-classroom and multipurpose gym building project is beginning.

Job Description
SALARY
$95,000–$110,000, inclusive of healthcare stipend
BENEFITS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A master's degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Preferably experience as a Senior or Lead Pastor with a proven track record of effective preaching, leadership, and shepherding.
- 11–15 years of pastoral experience preferred.
THEOLOGICAL ALIGNMENT
Commitment to the truth and authority of Scripture with full doctrinal alignment to DBC's doctrinal statement, which includes a dispensational, pre-tribulational, premillennial return of Christ and a cessationist view on the spiritual gifts of tongues/sign miracles.
