A traditional Senior Pastor role, including leadership, preaching, teaching, and pastoral ministry with some administration. KPC has established elders, deacons, Sunday school, small groups, and many varied ministries. KFC is part of a growing indigenous Reformed and Presbyterian denomination seeking to establish churches throughout Indonesia. KPC worships on the campus of a large Christian university with @ 20,000 students. The university has an English-speaking International Teachers College and most of those students from many countries in Asia worship at KPC.

KPC is searching for a man who loves Jesus and His church, who is humble and desires to see people discipled to know and love Jesus, and is willing to do the hard work to see churches planted across Indonesia.

Job Description

Qualifications include a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary, previous pastoral experience, commitment to the Westminster Confession of Faith and to Presbyterian church government as seen in the Book of Church Order of the Presbyterian Church in America which was translated for use in KPC its sister churches in Indonesia. KPC is also seeking someone who has previous experience living and ministering in a cross-cultural context.
