Lead Pastor
Church on the Hill (Dundee, FL) seeks a full-time Lead Pastor/Elder to grow a Southern Baptist congregation (110–130), governed by Scripture and a plurality of elders, providing pastoral leadership to staff, elders, deacons, and members. Candidates must meet elder qualifications (1 Tim 3:1–7; Titus 1:6–9; 1 Pet 5:2–3), be devoted to prayer and the Word, affirm SBC distinctives/2000 BF&M and Reformed theology, preach gospel-centered messages, and equip evangelism and discipleship.
