Candidates must meet elder qualifications (1 Tim 3:1–7; Titus 1:6–9; 1 Pet 5:2–3), be devoted to prayer and the Word, affirm SBC distinctives/2000 BF&M and Reformed theology, preach gospel-centered messages, and equip evangelism and discipleship.
