Trace Ridge Baptist Church in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to shepherd our congregation as we continue growing in faith, fellowship, and community outreach. Our beloved pastor is retiring after 16 years of faithful service, and we look forward to the next chapter of ministry God has prepared for our church.

We are a warm, welcoming congregation dedicated to biblical teaching, worship, and service to our neighbors through ministries such as our Resource Center. We affirm the Baptist Faith & Message (2000) and are committed to Christ-centered preaching that applies God's Word to daily life.

Our next pastor will be a servant leader who models humility, compassion, and integrity; equips believers for ministry; and leads by example in both family and faith. He will work alongside our staff, deacons, and lay leaders to guide the church in spiritual maturity, faithful stewardship, and Spirit-led outreach.
