Position Requirements

1. A clear calling from God with a strong vision and passion for pastoral ministry.
2. A Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from an accredited theological seminary.
3. Agreement with the Southern Baptist Faith and Message and Reformed theological convictions.
4. Ability to preach and shepherd in Mandarin or Cantonese.
5. North American living experience and the ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Description

The Chinese Baptist Church of Coral Springs (CBCCS) is inviting applications for two full-time pastoral positions — one for the Mandarin congregation and one for the Cantonese congregation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Preaching, teaching, visitation, and spiritual care.
• Coordinating ministries with fellow staff and leaders.
• Leading brothers and sisters to grow in faith, discipleship, and mission.
