Men’s Pastor

CROSSROADS BIBLE CHURCH Bellevue, WA Part-time

Job Overview

The Greater Eastside of Seattle is one of the most beautiful regions in the country, surrounded by mountains, lakes, and endless opportunities for adventure. At the same time, it is one of the most unchurched and irreligious areas in the nation. This creates a unique and powerful opportunity: to share the good news of Jesus with men across all stages of life, many of whom may be hearing it clearly for the very first time.

What makes this even more special is the community you'll join at Crossroads Bible Church. Our people are warm, welcoming, and kind. A church family that truly embodies the love of Christ. From the moment you arrive, you'll be met with genuine hospitality, encouragement, and care. Crossroads is a place where relationships run deep, where you will not only serve but also belong, while helping men grow in faith, leadership, and biblical community.

The Role

The Men's Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church plays a vital role in cultivating a thriving, gospel-centered community for men. This leader will shape and guide a ministry that is deeply relational, rooted in Scripture, and focused on intentional discipleship—helping men grow in their faith, leadership, and everyday walk with Christ.

In close partnership with the broader Adult Ministry team, the Men's Pastor will create environments that speak meaningfully to the real challenges men face today, while equipping them to pursue Christ wholeheartedly and invest in others.
