Shiloh Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Minister of Mobilization for Ministry and Missions who will help our congregation move from intention to participation by coordinating volunteer involvement, supporting ministry teams, and assisting with the execution of missions and ministry efforts. This role is ideal for a bi-vocational or semi-retired minister who enjoys helping others serve and finds satisfaction in clear processes, dependable follow-through, and organized ministry efforts.

About the RoleThis minister will:

• Help members connect to ministry and missions opportunities
• Assist ministry leaders with planning, communication, and follow-through
• Support the coordination of local outreach and missions involvement
• Provide structure that ensures ministry efforts move forward
• Serve as a part of the ministerial staff and occasionally teach or lead devotionals

Time & CompensationApproximately 15 hours per weekCompensation not to exceed $26,000 annually, determined by qualifications and experience
