Full-Time | Reports to: Executive Pastor

Purpose

Lead the church in Christ-centered worship through music while equipping others to serve in worship, technical, and creative ministries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate music for all worship services, special events, and seasonal services.

• Lead and develop the choir and live instrumental teams.

• Coordinate God-honoring music for weddings and funerals.

• Oversee, operate, and train volunteers in sound, A/V, and lighting systems.

• Recruit, train, and equip musicians and technical volunteers.

• Collaborate with pastoral staff to ensure worship aligns with the church's vision.

• Oversee adult education ministries, including Sunday School and discipleship efforts.

Qualifications

• A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or higher desired.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of music or worship ministry experience.

• Strong musical ability, leadership skills, and theological discernment in worship.
