Ingomar Baptist Church is located in New Albany, MS. With an A-rated school and a tight knit community, Ingomar is a great place to raise a family. IBC consists of a multigenerational congregation with a worship style that blends traditional hymns and contemporary with a choir. We are prayerfully seeking a Minister of Music and Worship to lead our Sunday worship services, which currently has an average attendance of 325-350 on Sunday mornings.

Some of the duties include:– working with the pastor on planning an "Order of Service" each week for Sunday worship services– leading congregational and choral worship– weekly rehearsal with the choir to prepare special music– planning and preparing music for special events such as revival, an annual Christmas program, and Easter.– monitoring and administering the music budget through the purchase of new music, supplies, and equipment
