DeSoto Hills Baptist Church in Southaven, MS, is seeking a full-time Minister of Music to lead and grow our dynamic worship ministry. Our worship style is blended, incorporating a choir, orchestra, and praise team to create a Christ-centered and engaging worship experience.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and lead congregational worship servicesOversee a comprehensive music program, including graded choirsSupervise music ministry support staffManage and administer the music ministry budgetHelp with daily ministerial duties
Qualifications:A strong calling and passion for leading worship and discipling others through musicExperience in directing choirs, orchestras, and praise teamsOrganizational and leadership skills to manage a multifaceted music ministryA heart for ministry and team collaboration
