Westwood Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Music Minister to lead and grow a vibrant, Christ-centered music ministry. We are looking for someone who has a heart for worship, a passion for people, and a desire to help lead our church in meaningful, God-honoring services.

About the Role: This person will work closely with the Pastor and staff to plan and lead worship, creating an atmosphere that encourages congregational participation and spiritual growth.

What You'll Do:

Lead music for weekly worship and special services Direct and develop choirs, ensembles, and/or praise teams Choose music that is biblically sound and engaging Coordinate rehearsals and schedules Invest in and encourage music ministry volunteers Collaborate with church staff and support church-wide events

What We're Looking For:

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to music ministry Experience in church music leadership (preferred) Ability to lead a variety of worship styles Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills A heart that aligns with the mission of Westwood Baptist Church

Position Details:

Full-time Competitive salary and benefits based on experience Opportunity to be involved in Senior Adult Ministry (preferred, not required)
