The Minister of Students and Families is a full-time position providing leadership to families of New Georgia Baptist Church (NGBC). With principal ministry to students, he will also provide leadership to the Children's Ministry team and be a source of encouragement, counsel, and biblical teaching for families. Additionally, he will provide general pastoral and shepherding leadership to the church as a staff Minister. The perfect Minister for this role will be an initiative-taking builder who also values the input and partnership of a team. As a key leader on staff, he will foster team unity and overall church health according to the deeply held theological, philosophical, and methodological commitments of the church overall.
