MINISTER OF STUDENTS

Trace Creek Baptist Church in Mayfield, Kentucky is seeking a full-time Minister of Students to lead and disciple middle school, high school, and college students. Responsibilities include leading weekly youth worship and Bible study, developing relationships with students and families, equipping, and overseeing volunteers, and planning activities, retreats, and mission opportunities.

Trace Creek is a growing church with an average Sunday morning attendance of over six hundred and a strong commitment to biblical teaching and student discipleship.

The ideal candidate is a God-called, biblically grounded leader with a heart for the next generation who meets biblical standards of leadership and affirms the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. Prior youth ministry experience is preferred but not required.
