The Fellowship Church is seeking God's appointed servant to help lead our worship ministry. This position can be a full time or part time position. Ministry duties will vary based on the person's job status of full or part time.Formal or theological training is very beneficial, but not neccessary.A person who is committed to following Jesus, loves the Word of God, and a person of prayer who seeks the Lord in knowing what to do, and how to lead.We are looking for someone able to teach both vocalists and musicians in an effective and efficient way.It is important for this person to nurture and develop the talents of others. Someone who genuinely loves people.Someone who can work well with our existing staff and future team.Being able to play and or lead from an instrument is a preferred plus but not a requirement.Technical skills on computers for worship planning and setting up worship services. Someone who is a team player and is able to serve in a multi-faceted way.
The person's pay package will be determined by ministry experience and education.
