Oversee all ministries for students in grades 7-12. This includes the planning and management of a ministry budget, the recruitment and development of ministry volunteers, and the formation and maintenance of relationships with the parents of students. This also involves the planning of all events, evangelism efforts, discipleship courses, camps, retreats, etc. related to the youth group. This position works in cooperation with the church staff as a whole and will coordinate its work with the pastor and other church leadership to accomplish any stated ministry objectives of the church.
