Job Overview
This is a 30 hour/week position and serves as a central support and connection point for the church by helping people move from first-time guests to meaningful involvement in the life and mission of the church. The role blends administration, communication, hospitality, and children's ministry leadership, working closely with staff, volunteers, and families.
Key responsibilities include overseeing churchwide communication and calendars, coordinating events and hospitality, and supporting systems that help guests integrate into the church. A major focus is leading and supporting RHC Kids ministry (Babies–5th grade) by preparing curriculum, organizing volunteers, equipping teachers, and partnering with parents in family discipleship.
The role also includes managing digital and creative responsibilities such as social media, website updates, graphics, and media content, along with maintaining welcoming environments across the church.
Overall, it's a 35–40 hour/week, highly relational and operational role that functions as a bridge between ministries, ensuring systems run smoothly while keeping people connected and cared for in a gospel-centered environment.
