Serving as Worship Pastor, he will oversee and lead a worship team to guide the congregation in worship services and special programs, coordinating service details based on the theme and overall direction established by the Senior Pastor. The Worship Pastor will be a team-builder with communication and interpersonal skills developing a disciple-making culture within the worship team. The position is pastoral, requiring service not solely in leading the music ministry but also as a spiritually mature shepherd to The River Family.

Serving as Children's Minister, he will lead the Children's Ministry from birth to 6th grade developing adult leadership to care and encourage the spiritual growth of kids in River Life, coordinate Sunday and Wednesday activities, and implementing a family-focused partnership with parents to cultivate a spiritual foundation in raising their children to follow the Lord. Additional responsibilities will include summer activities (i.e. camp, missions, community building) along with adhering to the policy and procedures manual for River Kids. He will work with the Family Pastor to establish a plan of discipling and caring for families with children from pre-school through elementary school keeping in step with the vision and purpose of the church.
