The main focus of the Next Generation (Next-Gen) Associate Pastor will be Children and Youth Ministries – infants through 12th grade.

The Next-Gen Associate Pastor is to oversee the Christian Education ministries and activities of the church for children through high school and serve as the Youth Ministry Team Leader.
