Job Description

The Next Gen Pastor will:

• Provide vision and strategy for Kids and Student Ministries.
• Recruit, train, and care for volunteer teams.
• Oversee dynamic Sunday morning and Wednesday night programming.
• Partner with parents in the spiritual development of their children.
• Manage budgets for Kids and Student Ministries.
• Create safe, engaging, and transformational environments for kids and students.
• Develop and execute teaching strategies, including small groups and special events.
